Peggy represents the third generation marketing real estate in Ocala and Marion County. She has developed a team process with proven success in helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. We believe our strategy for marketing real estate is so successful because it is built on values of integrity and a strong commitment to excellence. We set aside time each day to be sure our team is up to date on what's happening in the real estate market.. Because there are so many aspects to the sale and closing of real properties, I have initiated a system to ensure better sales and smoother closing of contracts by having my staff focus on specific areas. Operating in this way provides superior service for our clients and a higher percentage of successful sales and closings. The "Pittas Team" is made up of four full time personnel. Each member of the Team brings expertise to the transaction; listing agents, buyers agents, closing coordinator, and client services; all ensure that your transaction goes smoothly. My Grandfather established CRI Realty Corp (also know as Clotfelter Realty), 4 decades ago when Marion County was mostly farmland. My Father Richard Clotfelter continued with the company, upholding my Grandfather's commitment to honesty and integrity.
